I’ve had problems in the past purchasing cars that cost me a lot. I’ve had this vehicle for awhile now and it is still going great! I received amazing Gservice and things were done in with no problems! I’m very happy I picked this place and I would definitely recommend you going to look at a vehicle!

Short Version: 4.8 out of 5 stars.Last Updated: 4/28/2025Long Version: This will be either one of the best or worst reviews this auto dealer has ever received. Why? Because once a month I will update my review with how my car is doing good or bad. If this auto dealer has ripped me off or treated me well, I am all to eager to let the world know so they can avoid this dealership like the plague or flock here in droves.However, after meeting the owner (Chris), his staff, and having the car for 1 month, you ABSOLUTELY should purchase a car from 24/7. The reason being is that Chris is unlike your average dealer. An average dealer would see you walk on the lot and will do everything they can to make a sale no matter what. Chris though? He passionately believes that his success is bound to how well he treats his customers. Chris has a real passion for hospitality that just so happens to work at a car dealership. He believes in a long term vision that can't survive without treating each person that walks onto his lot with respect and care. Whereas an average dealer has a short term vision of just making a sale. That's the difference between 24/7 and everywhere else.24/7 also works in conjunction with a garage on San Souci run by an INCREDIBLELY nice and knowledgeable mechanic named Gene (pictured in green hoody). After I purchased my car, I was directed their way for an oil change. Gene was just like... he was like the Santa Claus of car mechanics. He was very knowledgable about my car and was all too happy to share his knowledge on my 2015 Ford Escape on known problems, upkeep cycles, and just generally very helpful information. He was surrounded by very polite, helpful, and respectful mechanics that treated him like a revered mechanic elder. It was wild. I can't remember ever meeting such nice mechanics in my life. I almost hope I have problems with my car so I can go back there!I'm not rich so me taking out a loan to get a car isn't a big f--king deal. I didn't get a car for my vanity or entertainment. I got it so I can take care of my family and work and it would be absolutely devastating if I got ripped off. I did a good amount of research before I settled on a 2015 Ford Escape and 24/7 Auto in particular. But even with all that preparation, we can all still be screwed over. With all that said I can confidently say if you're in a similar situation.... you're not rich, you need a good car, you don't want to get ripped off, and you want to buy from someone who sees YOUR success as THEIR success... you can stop searching and buy from this dealership if they have something you like.Like I said I will be updating this review once a month for as long as I own the car to so people can know for certain if this indeed the place to go. But after 1 month? The biggest issue I had was that the car jack that came with the car wasn't included as it was lost by a previous owner. So I took off .2 stars from that but it still rounds up to 5 stars. But as far as the CAR goes... me and my family are LOVING it.Also shout out to Juan who worked on the Plymouth lot. Very nice, respectful, and quick witted dude. When he was attending me multiple other families came in and needed help and through it all he was able to keep things rolling. I would have taken pics of Juan and Chris but they were so busy moving around I literally couldn't find the time to take pics of either of them!
